General:

There are a very limited number of seats still available for the New York-Washington DC trip and will be available on a first come basis. See Mr. Novakofski, Ms. Chopp, or Ms. Rabas as soon as possible if you are interested. The tour organizer may not accept registrations after this Friday.

2nd semester CNA students-please get all your paperwork into Mrs. Krings as soon as possible.

Seniors: your senior pictures are due this Friday for the yearbook.

The Bear Club is looking for your used printer cartridges and unwanted cell phones. These items can be taken to Mr. Bunton’s room.

Mr Allison’s class would like to send a goat to another country for a family in need. To raise money they are selling the ever popular handmade dog treats. Price is $1.50 per bag. The dog treats will be sold during the lunch periods this week. Buy your dog treats today and cross your dog off your Christmas list.

Athletics:

Meetings, practices, etc: Wrestling team is at Cumberland tonight, boys basketball is at Park Falls tonight, and girls basketball is home tonight against Hayward.

There will be a FCCLA meeting in room 711 this Thursday, Dec 16, at 7:45.

Student Services:

More scholarships have been listed and deadlines are coming up for many of these scholarships. You need to keep checking the Student Services Bulletin Board and stop into Student Services for more information.

Most colleges and technical schools want applications turned in before January which means you need to have them completed before the Christmas break—time is running out.

Juniors: the ASVAB interpretation is scheduled for today. You are required to attend the interpretation during your study hall time. If you do not have a study hall, see Mrs. Opelt to arrange a time.
