US Navy Visits LHS

On a beautiful, sunny fall afternoon, the United States Navy Leapfrogs sky-dived into the Ladysmith Football field to the delight of students, staff and community. The sky-divers were all veteran Navy Seals. They performed a series of sky-diving maneuvers before coming to a soft controlled landing in the middle of the football field. The seals then invited the entire student body to come down to the field to meet them, ask questions, repack their parachutes, and wear their heavy jump vests. It was an entertaining assembly for the entire school.
