2010-2011 Conference Champions!

The Ladysmith wrestling team finished the conference dual meet schedule undefeated with a 54-27 win over Chetek. The Jacks won the HON Conference Tournament at Cumberland by scoring 220 points to Cumberlands 172. Junior Mitch Livingston won his second title at 112. Senior Nick Becker earned his second title, this year at 135. Sophomore Ross Peterson earned his 2nd championship in 2 tries. Junior Brandon Davila placed first at 145, as did Otis Hamilton at 152. Senior Keith Rudesill claimed his 3rd title at 189. At the end of the day, Ladysmith had 6 conference champions and their 3rd Heart of the North Conference Championship in the last 4 years. The wrestling team looks forward to a hard week of practice before the state Regional Tournament this Saturday at Ladysmith. Thanks to all who support Ladysmith wrestling from the coaches.
