Regional Champions!
The Ladysmith Girls' Basketball Team won the Division 3 Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association (WIAA) Regional Championship Saturday night in Rice Lake. The Jills beat the Barron Golden Bears 39-23. The Jills resume WIAA Tournament play this Thursday night taking on Amery in New Richmond. Congratulations Jills and Good Luck!

Heart of the North Conference Champions!
The Ladysmith High School boys' basketball team has won the HON Conference Championship for the 2010-2011 school year! Following last week's win against Barron, the Lumberjacks had secured their championship, a full two weeks before the end of the conference season. The Jacks Record is 19-2 overall and 12-1 in the HON Conference. Congratulations Champs!

LHS Wrestling Team Regional Champions!
This past Saturday LHS wrestlers took first in the Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association Wrestling Regionals. The Jacks had 6 champions out of the 8 wrestlers they had in the finals. Tomorrow night the Jacks travel to Clear Lake for the Wrestling Team Sectional. The winner goes to the state team tournament March 4th and 5th.
