Jazz Dinner Concert

The Ladysmith High School Music Department is proud to announce its annual Jazz Dinner Concert on April 20, 2011 at 6:00pm in the Ladysmith High School Cafeteria. This exciting event will feature the LHS Jazz Ensemble performing a variety of jazz tunes from various genres while you get to enjoy a gourmet meal that includes chicken breast, ham, garlic mashed potatoes, tossed, salad, and cheese cake. There will be door prizes for attending as well as a silent auction. Cost for the event is $16.00 with all proceeds from the silent auction and ticket sales going to the Ladysmith High School Bands. Jazz Band Dinner Concert SOLD OUT!

Last night Ladysmith High School's state bound Jazz Ensemble performed 16 selections before a sold out crowd. Guests were treated to a wonderful performance by soloists and various ensembles while they enjoyed an excellent dinner and dessert. In addition, guests had the chance to take part in silent raffles and win door prizes. Congratulations Mr. Yudes and the LHS Jazz Band as well as the rest of the concert band whose members acted as servers throughout the evening.
