General:
Volleyball players are reminded to sign up with Mrs. Peggar to work in the concession stand on Friday, March 11.
Girls interested in playing softball this Spring should sign up in the Library by Monday, March 14. Practice begins Monday, March 21, with physicals, code of conducts and athletic fees completed!!
Girls Volleyball open gym will be held each Sunday night from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Ladysmith Elementary School. All girls interested in playing are welcome to attend!
Please place blue recycling containers in the hallway to be emptied at this time. Thank you.

Deadline for local scholarships is today Thursday, at 3:30 PM.
Students interested in the medical field may apply for a summer program that focuses on cardiac health. The camp is located in Chicago or Milwaukee and runs for one week at a time. See Student Services for more information.

Students participating in the Medical Discovery Days are reminded to dress professionally on Tuesday and Thursday. Please wear khaki or black pants and your Medical Discovery Days T-Shirt, along with comfortable shoes for walking.

Tonight is a semi-final game for the WIAA Boys Basketball Regional. If the Jacks win, there will be a fan's bus to Rice Lake for the boys' WIAA Regional final tomorrow night. The cost for the bus ride is $5.00 and the ticket is $4.00.

More scholarships have been listed and deadlines are coming up for many of these scholarships. You need to keep checking the Student Services Bulletin Board and stop into Student Services for more information.
Seniors should stop into Student Services as soon as possible and update us on where you are with your future plans.

All students in Period 6 Aerobics remember this week is ENJOY THE OUTDOORS WEEK. We will be either snowshoeing or skiing. Remember coats, hats, mittens and boots.
Remember that compatibility quiz you took a couple of weeks ago? Well, the results are in! You will be able to purchase your matches this week Feb. 22-25 before school in the lobby and during lunch in the cafeteria. Cost is $1.00 for matches just in your class, and $2.00 for matches from the rest of the school. Bring your money this week and find out who you’re matched with!

Lumberjack Day
Lumberjack Day festivities is underway. The activities kick off with a pancake eating contest, followed by the Lumberjack & Lumberjill costume contest, class scooter relay races, and the class lumberjack carry relay race. The rest of the day there will be ongoing events, contests, and activities. The concession stand will be open the entire afternoon. Prize drawings and awards will be handed out throughout the day.
Activities:

Dodgeball tournament in the balcony
Football tournament (by class) on the football practice field
Foosball tournament in the gym
Movie in Mrs. Chopp's room 740
